Why We Started LuxStay
As hotel operators, we were frustrated. The tools available to run luxury properties were either built in the late 1990s or designed with clunky spreadsheet grids. Front desk receptionists struggled to coordinate with housekeeping, billing folios frequently lagged behind room bar charges, and channel managers took minutes to sync.
In 2021, we brought together a team of hospitality general managers and elite software architects from Airbnb and Stripe. We wanted to build a management system that felt as premium, reactive, and reliable as a high-end luxury resort.
Today, LuxStay coordinates thousands of guest check-ins hourly across boutique estates, wellness sanctuaries, and five-star luxury chains.
